This Tokyo couples session in Hibiya Park in Tokyo, Japan was nothing short of a DREAM. The flora, the rad lighting, the unique, bustling downtown Tokyo streets… you just have to check it out! Hibiya Park is a really special location. It’s one of those spots that’s just bursting with beauty—lush greenery, hidden walkways, and a surprising mix of nature and city that Tokyo does so well. Every corner feels like a little secret garden in the middle of the busy metropolis. And Emily and Se Yong definitely took advantage of both vibes for their couples session!
We started the session while the sun was still up, and the pair were able to explore Hibiya Park (which was rather secluded while we were there, which was amazing.) There were little bridges, hidden ponds, tall, dense trees, and so much beautiful GREEN! As the evening settled in, we decided to venture out into the streets of Tokyo. Night time is the best time to be out in Tokyo, as the lights of downtown are actually magic, and SO perfect for couples photos. Emily and Se Yong danced around, explored, found hidden corners to cuddle in, and I was there to capture every perfect moment.
